Shannyn appeared for the role of Shannyn in Wristcutters A Love Story A Love Story, a black indie romantic comedy. The film was nominated for numerous awards, including the Sundance Festival's Grand Jury Prize, two Independent Spirit Awards, as along with the Humanitas Prize. Her next roles were The Holiday, Dirt on FX as well as Catacombs. Additionally, she was able to participate in CBS's vampire show Moonlight in the role of lead actress Coraline Duvall.
