Sundar Pichai-3-1024x758In his first job at McKinsey &Co after completing his Wharton MBA, Sundar Pichai was offered the chance to work at Google in 2004. Pichai was the first to start his Google venture as President of Product Management. His initial job was to enhance the user experience by using The Google search toolbar. It could be accessed using Internet Explorer as well as Firefox. In addition, Pichai was involved in many Google products such as Google Pack, Gadgets or Google Gears. Sundar was able to make an impact in his Google journey later on as he was a part of the team that developed Google Chrome the browser they use. In 2008. 2008 was a memorable year for Google Chrome, which saw its introduction and Pichai becoming Vice President for Product Management and Development. He was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President. He was after that promoted to Product Chief Officer of Google, as well as the launch of the Android Smartphone Operating System.
