Scarlett Johansson is an American actor and singer who was born in New York City, the city of New York, on November 22nd the 22nd of November, 1984. Her performances have earned an acclaim in a diverse spectrum of genres such as historical drama or thrillers, as well as action films. Johansson was born in New York City, and lived there with her father who was an architect and her mother, a producer. Hunter, her twin sister, was born in the City of New York. As a child she started acting. At seven, she had already auditioned for a number of commercials. She was enrolled at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute shortly after and attended the Professional Children's School, Manhattan for further training. At the age of eight old, Johansson starred alongside Ethan Hawke as Sophistry in Off-Broadway productions. And at age nine her debut film was Rob Reiner's North (1994). Johansson later appeared on screen in Just Cause (1995) but her debut came in Manny & Lo (1996) an upcoming film that follows orphaned sisters who run away. The Horse Whisperer (2000), in which she played an teen with a defect due to an accident garnered the film critical acclaim. Then in Ghost World 2001 (as the young, sarcastic teenager Rebecca) Johansson received even more recognition. She became famous for portraying Nell Jones, the CBS successful show NCIS Los Angeles. She is one of its main actors. She is an experienced stage actor, as well as performing on the show. She delivered stunning performances in Wildflower and other plays. Renee Felice Smith began her career in the industry of entertainment at an early age. When she was a kid, she became fascinated with acting. Smith landed a first acting gig in the age of six, with her parents' support. In a commercial on television Smith starred as Dannon Yogurt. Similar to other novice actresses the actress honed her talents in the theatre. As she was making her stage debut with Wildflower she would also work in various projects throughout the USA. Her education was in the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
